This just in…Calvin Harris is coming to town, and you heard it here 1st! With 2 albums under his belt, I Created Disco and Ready For The Weekend, Calvin (aka Adam Richard Wiles) is expected to push the limits on the decks to give us a sonically super night out with his signature studded Fly Eye shades.

If you’re a fan, you’ve probably put songs like ‘Acceptable In The 80s’, ‘The Girls’, ‘I’m Not Alone’, ‘Ready For The Weekend’ and that collabo with Dizzee Rascal ‘Dance Wiv Me’ on repeat. You might also dig the remixes he’s done for big names such as Passion Pit, Groove Armada, The Ting Tings, Kaiser Chiefs and CSS.

For those in the dark, this Scottish singer-songwriter, producer and DJ was recently nominated Best British Male at this year’s Brit Awards, and named Best Remixer at The Music Producers Guild Awards and Best Dancefloor Filler for ‘Dance Wiv Me’ at the NME Awards last year.

We also love his sense of humour, just watch Calvin’s Jam TV series on his YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/icreateddisco) featuring stars like Katy Perry and Florence Welch attempting a rather basic task: trying to open a jam jar.

This “king of electropop” will be firing it up for a good 2-hour set at Zouk, marking it his KL debut! Are you ready for the ‘early’ weekend? Bring your pom-poms and high spirits.
