To all you eco lovers out there! The 3rd Eco Film Festival is coming up from 18-24 October 2010 in Kuala Lumpur! Go catch some of the award-winning environmental films as they are premiered for the first time ever in Malaysia or go and start making your own eco-friendly films to spread the message to protect our planet submit it to be viewed by others!

All film makers are invited to help inspire and increase the awareness on the need to protect our planet. No matter if your a professional or budding movie maker, journalist, scientist, educator or student, you are all invited to send in your environmental films and be part of this inspiring festival. Whether it’s a documentary, feature film, fiction or a short film, they all help to convey urgent messages. Prizes up for grabs as below.

Green Competition
Best Feature Film (RM2000 + Trophy)
Best Short Film (RM1000 + Trophy)

Malaysian Environment Film Awards
Best Film (RM1000 + Trophy)

Films that are eligible to join must be completed after 1st January 2007 and have not been submitted to EFF. Films with an environmental issue/message regardless of genre and length.

All registration forms will have to be filled online at www.ecofilmfest.com.my. Shortlisted entries will be notified , after which a full preview length DVD will have to be submitted.
