Times are bad, so you find the darnest ways to save money. Here’s an alarm clock that allows you to save money. Sound weird, but it’s true. These Banclock alarms helps you to wake up on time by feeding it coins into the top slot to stop. Genius?

The front part of this clock has a speaker in the center with a bar across at the bottom displaying the date, time and alarm time. Made out of ABS plastic, the Banclock can be found in blue, red, white and yellow. It’s 100mm in height, width and depth. It only requires 3 AA batteries to work.

You would probably need those coins next to you, otherwise you’d wake up cranky and rummaging through your drawers and bags looking for a damn coin.
