The German duo that makes dance music for people to rock out to, Digitalism is back with their forthcoming sophomore album that is set to be released on 20 June titled I Love You, Dude and will feature Julian Casablancas of The Strokes. Is this an effort to drag indie kids back to the dancefloor? But won’t dancing mess up their hair?

The duo who brought us the party anthem ‘Pogo’ has recruited the Strokes’ Julian Casablancas to lend his pipes to one of their songs. According to them, the frontman collaborated with them over e-mail for the song ‘Forrest Gump’. I Love You, Dude will be the band’s first release since 2007. God bless the crossover between electro and rock!
