While endless permutations of dance rock/disco punk have been, and are still, streaming in and out of popular lexicon, Australia’s synth pop trio continues to make what they do best: a poppy confection of all the permutations possible, sounding simultaneously progressive and consistent.

So they stand tall with their 3rd (their sophomore did set a high bar), with an opener ‘Need You Now’ that builds to a twinkly, euphoric high, and the epic, 15-minute slow-trance closer, ‘Sun God’.
