TV host Will Quah was crowned winner of the Martell VSOP Rising Personalities Awards 2009 last Friday (4 Dec) at an elegant gala dinner honouring the 10 up-and-coming individuals who rise above the competition and have great potential to reach greater heights.

After close to 2 months of public online voting and a rigorous interview session with a panel of judges, Will emerged as the Martell Rising Personality of 2009 for his career achievements, creativity, passion and potential for greater success.
