If you haven’t heard of Clae, here are some credentials for you to rummage over before you lay down your hard-earned cash. Indie sneaker label Clae has been in the footwear business for a decade and has not faltered with the passing of transient trends. In the beginning years of their brand’s launch, they’ve won the Best Men’s Footwear Collection by the Sportswear International Fashion Awards and had done numerous collaborations with the likes of Mighty Crown and Stussy.
For their early SS15 collection entitled ‘The Graduate’, the Gregory SP is among the four styles of sneaks featured. SP, or Standard Premium, stands for the outsole of the shoes of which ensures prolonged comfort and also gives an additional height advantage. The court shoe comes lined in premium perforated, pebbled full grain leather as well as nylon threaded laces. Given its classic athletic design and virtuous name, the wearer would certainly gain a sense of that borrowed air of class and subtle cool.
Available in Black and White, the Clae Gregory SP is priced at €129.90 via Allike Store.
