Love. We know that word. London-born photographer Chris Craymer gives stone-hearted folks like us a little nudge in the right direction with his first photographic book entitled, Romance. The 200-page book is chock with a 130 images, some in colour, some in black and white, of “couples” in various stages of getting it on – romantically of course.
Brit brand Mulberry became so enamoured by the project that they have sponsored the book’s publication and will be exhibiting the shots in their store windows throughout the world and hosting a series of events in New York, London and Hong Kong.
The first event takes place at Mulberry New York on Madison Avenue on 14 May and is hosted by Emma Hill, Mulberry’s Creative Director, Steven Kolb, Executive Director of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and Chris Craymer.  This is followed by the London boutique on New Bond Street on 20 May and ends at Mulberry, Elements Mall, Hong Kong on 26 August. At each event, a boxed ‘Limited Edition’ of the book, containing a signed and numbered print, will be sold for $200/£150 and framed prints from the exhibition will be sold in a silent auction.
Copies of ‘Romance’ will also be available at leading bookstores. To view the book, go to www.chriscraymer.com/romance.
