Anyone with a broken heart and access to Youtube will know ‘F*ck You’ – the viral hit from Gnarls Barkley soulman, Cee Lo. Refusing to be underground nor underdog anymore, The Lady Killer is Cee Lo’s most focused effort to date. But even if his goal is commercial success, the man who penned The Pussycat Dolls’ ‘Dontcha’ is far from John Legend-smoothness. While celebrating his “perfect imperfections”, Cee Lo by no means plays the good guy (eg: he does the dumping on ‘Cry Baby’) but wins our hearts with his honesty. And man, can this guy sing! Big voice, big heart, big hits.
