Burger King Malaysia Announces Collaboration With PlayStation In A Teaser

What’s better than playing a game on a PlayStation console? Simple, it’s munching on a Double Whopper in between those loading screens.

Burger King Malaysia recently teased a collaboration with PlayStation in a Facebook post.

While there’s no other information aside from the teaser, people are speculating that it could be a Playstation 5 giveaway based on a previous giveaway done by Burger King U.S.

Last year, 1,000 customers had the chance to win a PlayStation 5 console, PlayStation games or BK vouchers in the U.S giveaway which ran from 15 October to 22 November 2020.

The contest mechanics required customers to purchase a two for US$5 meal via the BK app, BK.com or in-store where they’ll earn game tokens. You could then use the game tokens to play the scratch-off game on the BK app or BK.com.

According to PlayStation Blog, the contest is expected to “expand in selected international territories” and judging by the BK Malaysia Facebook post, it could be the same contest.

Well, it would be absolutely nice to order a Burger King and get a PlayStation 5 on the side.
