All of which you can check and more in Wall And Piece. Why the TV? Well, actually it’s more about the broken window, which was the reason behind the masisve clean up of graff in NY city in the 90s. The theory goes broken windows that remain remain unrepaired beget more broken windows which inturn beget graffiti and eventually crime. Lots and lots of crime.
