Alicia Keys’ Freedom

Miss Keys can do no wrong since her first single ‘Fallin’ back in 2001. Multiple Grammy award-winning Alicia Keys recently rocked it out with Jay-Z on ‘Empire State of Mind’ and even wrote ‘Million Dollar Bill’ for Whitney Houston. She ain’t playin’. This singer, songwriter, musician, actress and philanthropist is coming back with her 4th studio album titled The Element of Freedom come this 14 December 2009.

Today marks her release ‘Doesn’t Mean Anything’, the first single off her new upcoming album. The Elements of Freedom is all about strength and vulnerability as Alicia explains, “The music is really strong, and the drums are really aggressive, but my voice is vulnerable and delicate.”

Check out the video to ‘Doesn’t Mean Anything’ directed by P.R. Brown, who’s credit includes Matisyahu’s ‘One Day’, Three Days Grace’s ‘Break’, Prince featuring Q-Tip’s ‘Chocolate Box’ and Mötley Crüe’s ‘White Trash Circus’.
