The New adidas & Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Partnership Means We Get Slick New Merch

Just a little over a month ago, adidas and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team announced a multi-year partnership, uniting the two icons in one of the world’s fastest growing sports. It’s a milestone for adidas, being its first foray into Formula 1—universally accepted as the pinnacle of motorsport.

The new partnership looks to be a perfect match. This also means we, the fans, get new merch to spend our money on.

The Three Stripes meet the Three-Pointed Star

The new merch collection is split into two: Fanwear and Teamwear, with the latter being what the drivers as well as crew wear to every race. There are specific sub-collections, though not exactly separated by adidas themselves. Aside from apparel worn by drivers, you’ll also get specific gear worn by mechanics, as well as engineers. This means you can effortlessly cosplay as a member of the team!

But if you want to show extra love, the fanwear is even more diverse, ranging from tops, outerwear, bottoms, as well as limited edition adidas footwear.

Something you’ll see shared across the entire line are the colours, black and white, as well as the ever-prominent and iconic PETRONAS teal.
