If you’re into club music and have never heard of Sinden, then you must have been going to all the wrong clubs or tuning on to all the wrong channels. Graeme Sinden is a British DJ who resides at some of the most exclusive clubs in London – one of them being the notorious Fabric where he has his own nights called Get Familiar. Now it’s time for JUICE to get familiar with this talented producer/spin doctor that has revitalized the club scene and given it a fresh breath of air.

It all begun early this year when Sinden landed a spot as a radio DJ at KISS FM. It was the first show of its kind to incorporate a selection of Funk Carioca, Baltimore Club, Kuduro, Juke House, Southern Hip Hop, Dancehall, House/Electro music. Hosting the radio show has enabled him to find new sounds and keep in-touch with current music interest. It was only after forging a friendship with Dave ‘Switch’ Taylor, did the Londoner decide to make his own music and take his career further by remixing singles of some of the biggest musician today such as Björk, Mujava, Armand van Helden, Lady Sovereign and Mark Ronson.

Sinden’s own music is unique and always one step ahead. He is renowned for blending old school with new sounds and different genres together. Although his passion lies with bass heavy club sounds, he also encompasses leftfield rock music and beats that are modern. Sinden has collaborated with acts like Joshua Harvey a.k.a The Count – who he had successful tracks like Beeper and Tambourzouda, Dave Taylor and M.I.A – whose sang Paper Planes is the soundtrack for the award winning movie Slumdog Millionaire.

He is currently busy working on The Count & Sinden album due to release sometime this year and a Machines Don’t Care album together with fellow scenesters Drop the Lime, Toddla T and Trevor Loveys who had one of the most well received club albums of last year.
