Off to never, Neverland…
Following in the footsteps of Asian-centric clubs in KL, Neverland takes over the old Orange Club and gives it a fresh new look and feel. It might be all tables and chairs here without much of a dancefloor, but the crowd we saw didn’t seem to mind as they were dancing around their tables while enjoying the live shows that were going on onstage. If you’re into watching locals cover English and Chinese pop tunes with much gusto, you’ll enjoy this place too. The double storey stage itself is pretty impressive and you might just jump up on it if you’ve had one too many. The live band switches to DJs spinning radio-friendly club tunes mixed with house, hip hop, electro and techno later in the night.
