Split-level society….
Within the green-certified giant that is G Tower lies a ‘split-level’ restaurant, bar and wine post, so that you don’t waste travel time having to hop between dinner, post-dinner drinks and drinking. Now there’s a nifty trick to settle your “where ah?” woes.

The verandah-like ambience fits up to 150 people with the restaurant looking down onto a wine post which in turn looks down onto the semi open-air basement bar. With trees sprouting out of chunky wooden tables, this “beer garden” is one of a handful of places to grab a pint of German Starker Fresh Beer, an unfiltered and unpasteurised brew that is slowly but surely becoming a regular on customer tabs around the city.

Music policy Chill-out house, easy listening jazz and Top 40 tunes.
Drinks Tiger, Heineken, Guinness, Kilkenny, Paulaner and Starker are available on tap. Cocktails priced from RM25.90 upwards are aplenty, with signature mixes such as Vitamina (Cachaca 51 rum, freshly squeezed orange, honey, passion fruit syrup and sparkling water), Pink Lemonade (X-Rated vodka, lemon juice and lemon lime soda) and Wafer Martini (Frangelico, Campari, banana liqueur and pineapple juice). A wine steward can assist you in selecting a bottle from over 500 labels grown across 20 regions in the Wine Post while the teetotal will find a considerable selection of smoothies and exotic coolers dispatched from the juice bar.
Thursday From 4pm-8pm Starker goes 1+1; from 8pm until late it goes 1+1/2.
Saturday It’s Ladies Night! All the luscious ladies get free X-Rated cocktails from 10pm onwards. You can also buy 2 btls of Skyy Vodka and get a free X-Rated Fusion Liq mixer or buy 1 btl Gosset Champagne at only RM300 nett.
Happy Hours 4pm-8pm. Buy 1 pint get a ½ pint free on Starker RM31.90, Tiger 25.90, Heineken 26.90, Guinness RM26.90, Kilkenny RM29.90 and Paulaner RM36.90. Red and white house wine goes for RM16.90/glass or RM80/bottle, and the house champagne is RM40/glass, RM300/bottle.
Eats The kitchen whips up a selection of fusion dishes from the East and West as well as “Lite Bites” that go down well with drinks, like their pizzas (chicken satay, teriyaki salmon, margarita and Hawaiian) and cheese platter, and all-day breakfasts for those of you that just refuse to quit.
