British-Jamaican rapper, Kano takes us down the ghetto once again with his third studio album. After an ill-advised collaboration with Kate Nash on his last offering, 140 Grime St profiles Kano as the ‘Hustler’ he is. The smooth MC assures us that he’s still on top of his game, sounding angry and urgent with blaring synth hits and clattering beats. ‘Aim for the Sky’ details Kano’s rise to fame, but his true sign of success is being able to sucker the label into letting him share the spotlight with his ‘crew; – whom he features on the album as well.
