When it comes to going out on the weekends you would expect most people to head out to the clubs around 10ish, if you’re lucky. This particular Saturday was an exception as the crowd was already at Quattro as early 8pm. Mika Hakkinen was in town and he was due to make an appearance.

After an hour the crowd was restless for the 2 time F1 World Champ. Luckily there was a generous amount of canapés and Johnnie Walker cocktails going around. The atmosphere was relaxed with a DJ spinning 90s music in the background and celebs like Daphne Iking, Henry Golding and Chermaine Poo were spotted in the crowd.

Looking like a Batmobile, The Join The Pact supercar was parked at the entrance of Autumn and surrounded by photogs. Apparently being a passenger in the Join The Pact supercar is the closest thing to being in a real F1 car.

Mika finally arrived at 10pm to make a short speech about Johnnie Walker’s pact to Never Drink And Drive. It was an early night for him — the following day 5 lucky winners who pledged online to Never Drink And Drive would be driven round the Sepang track by Mika at break need speed. Winning a chance to ride with Mika shouldn’t be the only reason to sign the pact. The rest of us partied on but coincidentally enough, on the way home, JUICE saw a man trapped in his turtled car.
