LoveboXX TECHNO Edition Brings ECILO To Pisco KL

Kuala Lumpur is getting a proper techno workout this Saturday, 19 September, as LoveboXX teams up with Pisco Bar for a special Techno Edition featuring Indonesian heavyweight ECILO.

Fresh from a European tour, the Jakarta-based producer and DJ arrives with more than a decade of experience shaping Indonesia’s underground electronic scene. His no-frills approach to techno has earned him releases on respected labels including AXIS, ARTS, Planet Rhythm, and Mitsubasa, with a discography spanning more than 15 vinyl releases and two LPs.

While ECILO’s roots are firmly planted in Detroit techno, his current sound strips things back into hypnotic grooves, minimal textures, and raw atmospherics built squarely for the dancefloor. His sets also go beyond the usual DJ format, incorporating live manipulation and hybrid performance elements that make each session a more spontaneous, evolving affair.

The night will also see local legend Ray Soo debut his techno alter ego, RAY5OO, alongside sets from BISCUIT, and ODESS3Y b2b MADROSE.

Expect a late one, with the party running from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m. at Pisco Bar. If your idea of a Saturday night involves losing yourself somewhere between a kick drum and 3 a.m., this one should be on the radar.
