Viral Ipoh Security Guard To Receive Agong Medal Honour
Puan Yogeswary, a security guard from Perak, has once again heartened the nation with her exceptional kindness towards patients and visitors at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun (HRPB).
The beloved guard is set to be honoured with a distinguished medal from the Agong later this month. A well-deserved recognition of her outstanding service!
The news was shared by mynewshub with much enthusiasm.
“Congratulations, Puan Yogeswary! She will be awarded the orders, decorations, and medals of Malaysia by YDPA,” they wrote.
Grateful for the recognition, she expressed her thanks to the hospital and the general public, acknowledging their support that led to this recognition.
Her services at the Women’s and Children’s Complex, and her current duty at the Daily Treatment Complex for differently-abled patients, have not gone unnoticed.
She shared, “Now, I am a guard at the Daily Treatment Complex for differently-abled patients (the elderly). I’m receiving this award from all of you.
“I would like to say thank you to everyone, and not forgetting my company, United, who I work as a guard for now, our safety unit, my family, friends, and the management of HRPB Ipoh.
“Thank you once again to everyone, especially for the comments you made when I went viral before this.”
The highly anticipated award ceremony is scheduled to take place at Balairung Seri, Istana Negara, on 18 and 19 December. We love celebrating the wins of our local heroes!
