Was your eMADANI RM100 e-wallet claim rejected? Don’t worry, you can still appeal!

Launched by the government, applications started on 4 December with the aim to boost the digital economy. In fact, many Malaysians have already received the credit.

Despite its success, some face challenges, with rejections often linked to eligibility criteria. Notably, students who received RM150 eBelia Rahmah aid are ineligible. Failing to file 2022 taxes also leads to rejection.

If you encounter eMADANI, MAE, or QR code payment issues, you can make a complaint or appeal via Maybank’s customer service at 1300-88-6688 or via e-mail at [email protected].

Unfortunately, they don’t have a dedicated feedback form as of yet.

2. Touch ‘n Go eWallet Appeal Guide

To appeal on the Touch ’n Go Support website, visit the request page here.

Choose “eMADANI” under Support Type, share your appeal details in the Description section, and attach any required documents. For further assistance, call +603-5022 3888.

3. Setel Appeal Process

4. ShopeePay Appeal Process

To appeal with ShopeePay, contact the Shopee Customer Service Team.

Select “eMADANI Claimants” as your user type, provide your Shopee account details and email, and attach supporting documents.
