Created by UK artist Mark Northeast, this whole range of sandwiches is carefully crafted into cartoon characters and animals such as Winnie the Pooh, Nemo, Hello Kitty, pigs, giraffes and many other edible delights. This idea came about through a desire to encourage children to eat healthier. A book on how to create these edible arts is on its way. Now is that tomato we see as Sponge Bob tie?
