For Reading Art’s sixth installation, the objective is to interpret two albums’ worth of artworks that will hopefully encourage the viewer to analyse the pieces, then share their opinions and thoughts on them. To give attendees a heads-up on what to expect — visually — prior to the event, the organiser — Malaysia Design Archive — has shared the artworks that will be on display here. It’s mostly of premodern paintings made in the West and from the Orient.
