Four piece noise rock band Bo Ningen has come a long way since their first improvised set that ended with cups and cans being thrown at them. Now Taigen (vocals and bass), Yuki (guitar), Kohhei (guitar) and Monchan (drums) are here to perform their head-banging jams that will tear you eardrums, in a good way of course. The band first met in London back in 2006, beginning as a duo between Taigen and Kohhei until the rest came along. Self-categorising themselves into the genre of ‘psychedelic music’ instead of ‘psychedelic rock’, the group’s approach to the free and open genre garnered incredibly loyal fans and landed them the opportunity to support Black Sabbath at Hyde Park in 2014. Not a big deal right? Probably not for Bo Ningen.
