A month ago, beatmaker Santaroena alluded to us that his album Rogue was imminent, as we wait for that to drop, the 21-year-old has released its second single ‘Dreams You Never Wish Came’ (‘Rogue’ being the eponymous first single). As hinted by its foreboding title, the track is heavily shrouded until it meets the one-minute mark where the producer flexes his chops by incorporating different textures and stylistic elements that cleverly breaks apart the denseness of it all. Co-engineered by YAHNA, it’s menacing and ominous, but a banger of a tune too.
