The decadence that was the last instalment of IT’S THE SHIP saw 2,500 passengers from all over the world having the best vacation of their lives. Last year’s lineup was phenomenal, everyone got to be on their worst behavior with the tunes played by the likes of Dash Berlin, Basement Jaxx , Crookers, LOUISAHHH!!!, and many more. This year, you can be assured that the folks at Livescape will be throwing another huge party on a ship. Come Friday 20 November ’15, headliners include notable progressive house DJ Kaskade and Dutch brothers Showtek, with support from Carnage, Far East Movement (do you remember them?), Doorly & Friends, and many more! Meanwhile, Dutch DJ-producer Ferry Corsten will be bringing his trademark show Full On onto the cruise which will feature trance pioneer Mark Sherry along with a special performer chosen by Ferry himself. But if you wanna give your eardrums a rest and you’re looking for something that deviates from the general EDM of it all, you should definitely keep an eye for Black Butter ‘–responsible for artistes such as Tink, Everything Everything, and Wiley — acts such as My Nu Leng, Applebottom, Woz, and Alex Adair. As for the regional lineup, there’s plenty of names that we’re all well familiar with who will be returning this year, with some new additions to the roster of performers such as Alam Shah of the Ohrwurm series, Axel Groove, and DJ Soda.

Just like the last time, you can look forward to rubbing shoulders with some of the performers (or better yet, maybe even play a game or two with them), great cruise facilities and activities, as well as a stopover at Langkawi for a beach party! Many of the cabins are sold out, but you should be quick to nab one of the 300 rooms left. If you’re concerned about the payment, don’t fret as there’s a monthly instalment payment plan available, starting at USD134 per month!
