Molek FM5 Minutes with DJ Nas-T
You may recognise DJ Nas-T from the local production film Kami and TV series Blogger Boy airing on 8TV. This 26 years old actor is also a DJ and was the first apprentice of DJ Fuzz. He holds the first runner-up title in Pioneer CDJ Battle in 2007 and has worked with the big names in the industry including Phlowtron, Estranged, Hujan and many more. He moved from hip hop to faster paced sounds of electro, fidget house, dubstep and all that in between. Presently, DJ Nas-T is playing residency in Muse at Jaya One. We grabbed him for a 5 Minutes with JUICE.
What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?
Switch on to my iTunes, check my schedule, attend to my phone calls, Facebook, Twitter and push-ups.
Name the worst job you’ve had to do?
Being a trainer and consultant by making phone calls to strangers and invite them to join the gym. Try it. You might end up in asylum.
What do you do before you go on stage?
Get everything prepared and the most important thing, go to the loo.
When was the last time someone hit on you?
Hmmm. 3 years ago and she’s still hitting on me…
What’s the coolest thing in your room?
My toys!
Who’s your all-time favourite hero?
Superman because he’s the only guy who has the balls to wear his underwear on the outside. Gotta respect the man.
When was the last time you cried?
When my grandmother passed away recently.
