January was the month JUICE welcomed the birth of it’s sibling, JUICEonline. People say we look alike. Weird.

Kasabian Live In KL
Okay so it wasn’t a full blown concert by these English lads, but we were at least glad at the fact that even with reports of the H1N1 hitting frontman Tom Meighan, it didn’t stop them from coming down to Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. After a long monsters wait for other performers (Boys like who?) to finish, Kasabian didn’t disappoint when they performed their best songs like ‘Club Foot’, ‘Vlad The Impaler’, ‘Fire’ and ‘LSF’.

A-Trak Kickin It @ Zouk
Did you know that A-Trak was world DMC Champ at the age of 15 and that he is also Kanye West’s DJ? If you knew that you’re prolly a DJ fan and was at Red Sessions at Zouk.  Some might have not understood his genius or his choice of music that night but JUICE was right in front jumping and throwing our hands up for the man himself.

JUICE mag revamps!
Sometimes we’ll come across a turning point where we reach the crossroads of life and ask ourselves: “Do I look too fat/old in this?” We de-cluttered, shed some pounds and found the right do’ and now we’re lookin’ better than Angie Jolie and feelin’ better than Guru Pitka.

JUICE gets some ‘Wheel Love’
When we received an email from Wheel Love- our friends with a passion for everything skate, of them installing a super-sized version of JUICE‘s August 2008 issue cover in their shop, we were extremely honoured. The cover featured photography from Wheel Love and it looks super. Aww shucks…

Kevin experiences Wyclef’s Artistry
The lucky lad’ took the midnight plane to icy Shanghai were he interviewed Wyclef Jean, partied it up VIP style with the local celebs and was put up at The Ritz- Carlton. Lucky guy!


Miranda Goes Global
JUICE has been to many places this year. Rocking our top 10 was the trip to ‘The City of Nights’ for a kick a$$ party that was hosted by Reebok. We celebrated Reebok’s iconic Freestyles and HK’s heritage in a historic building, surrounded by beautiful people and a bar serving strawberry mojitos. Bliss
