The second Hana Tajima x Uniqlo collection introduces basic staples for women seeking modest fashion. It includes everything from hijabs — using Uniqlo’s AIRism technology — to relaxed jeans to rayon blouses and long dresses. The colour palette is neutral, plus there’s hardly any pattern work seen except for one dress, which makes it easier for layering as there is no potential of having print clashes. To keep the collection in check to the season it’s debuting in, there are a few pieces in bright orange and green but for the most part it’s dark blue, grey, white, and black. Who wears colours anymore anyway? The first collection was launched early this year but was cleared from racks and shelves quickly as the price tags were fairly attractive and light on credit/debit cards. This collection follows the same steps too; nothing is above RM200. Plus, it’s Uniqlo… quality is guaranteed.

Hana Tajima x Uniqlo SS16 will be available at all Uniqlo outlets starting from Friday 15 January ’16 onwards. The prices range from RM19.90 to RM199.90.
