ASICS has been known to produce incredibly comfortable shoes – we wouldn’t be writing about them otherwise – and just recently, it collaborated with Titolo, a Swiss sneaker boutique, to produce a shoe that looks as good as it is functional. The colour scheme was inspired by Titolo’s outlet in Zurich; it’s draped in a coating of black suede and minimal red accents around the board. The design however, was influenced by Switzerland’s most iconic craft work, ‘Scherenschnitt’ –which is creating patterns or designs by cutting patterns in a freestyle manner (something you probably did as a child). These shoes sell as quick as Curbside Cantina’s tacos, so best get prepared for the launch date if you’d like to cop it.
