Palladium SS15 Collection
Palladium was at the forefront of aircraft tires using bands of canvas underneath durable rubber, before its post-WWII break into boots that were as hard wearing as their tires.
The iconic Pampa boots sealed the deal for Palladium in 1947, with their quality commitment in using the most premium materials on the planet: 100% cotton canvas that are stonewashed for that luxury vintage look and feel, leathers from the world’s best tanneries that are vegetable-dyed and of the highest grade available, and Palladium’s signature one-piece moulded rubber outsole that provides extreme durability and comfort even on tough terrain – so much so that the French Foreign Legion adopted the boots for their personal rugged use!
This Spring/Summer season, Palladium combines inspiration from its French heritage and military roots for updated collections with blended materials, slim silhouettes, low profile lines and new seasonal colours.
Both guys and girls can look forward to new hues of Titanium, Legion Blue, Woodlin and White for the Vintage Washed Collection, all of which have undergone a unique finishing process for that worn-in look and feel, available in the brand’s iconic Pampa Hi cut and the fold-over Baggy silhouette.
For the guys, there is also the Linen & Canvas Collection, featuring a new lightweight upper material, a washed linen and canvas blend, accented with leather logo and interchangeable laces. This line of boots are available in Castlerock, Navy, Hedge Green and Black, in silhouettes of Pampa Oxford and Pampa Hi.
Whereas for the ladies, there are choices of the Low Profile Collection of slimmed down versions of the Pampa Oxford and Baggy Low models, the Heel Collection that features a vertical straight wedge heel, and the Macaron Collection with its colourful range modelled after the most popular flavours of the traditional French dessert – raspberry, mango, blueberry, lemon, pistachio and lavender.
The Palladium SS15 collection will be available at the inaugural Palladium store located at Lot F235A, Level 1, The Gardens Mall, soon to open its doors to the public some time later this month.
