Kith x Highsnobiety x Puma ‘A Tale Of Two Cities’

Leading streetwear website Highsnobiety turned 10 this year and sought out KITH and PUMA to create a pair of sneakers to celebrate the event. This pair of sneakers are named ‘A Tale of Two Cities’ after being inspired by both KITH’s and PUMA’s respective roots (New York and Berlin) — the pack is essentially a combination of Puma’s Blaze of Glory and R698 as reworked by KITH’s founder Ronnie Fieg. It’s dressed in classic colours and accompanied by asymmetrical star-and-stripes patterns around the tonal lacing, as well as a deconstructed upper or quilted black nubuck, and rather than use the usual tongue, it instead sees a mesh and neoprene bootie. Everything about this collaboration is sleek, including its box which doubles as a standing magazine holder.
