So when we stumbled up these JumpFromPaper bags Created by young Taipei based designer duo Chay Su and Rika Lin, we had to do a double take. So much so, that it took us 15 minutes to figure out if these bags were even real to begin with or if it was those vegetables we had the other day…
Looking literally like they’ve jumped out a piece of paper, this novel idea came about one day as they were sketching their dream bag when suddenly they thought it would be an amazing idea to have a 2D hand illustration come to life as a real bag. After exploring several possibilities, the girls achieved their desired look through optical illusion, cartoon lines and bright colours that pop! They might look slim in appearance but each bag has enough space for your personal belongings and even a laptop. Now, if only everything in life could look like this sans…
