Edwin Goes Vintage

In the good ol’ days Edwin was at the height of denim engineering. To represent what those days of glory, Edwin launched the Vintage Collection line in 2008. Today, the collection is still going strong and Edwin has just introduced the newest addition to the line, the suspender pants.

Using a specially developed uneven thread used for warp and weft throughout the Vintage collection, these 13 oz Japanese Selvage denims are produced on shuttle weaving machines, the two elements combining to create a feeling of old fabric. The Selvage, named Hinomaru Selvage was designed to reflect the colours of the Japanese National flag. Take a closer look at the details, now isn’t that a work of art?
