camel active has revamped its overall aesthetic to appease the urban man, and judging by what’s been produced, it’s working. The garments as of late have been a lot ‘cleaner’ and sleeker in comparison to what we saw from the brand in the last couple of years. Despite its minor changes, camel active’s signature military theme plus its love for shades of brown — what more could you expect from a brand that prides itself in creating fashionable outdoor wear? — remain prominent. This ‘Patchwork’ line focuses on various washes — no two products have the same strokes, patchwork or gradient from the washes, making each unique in its own right. Besides reworking its design approach, camel active also sought out to create garments that fit its wearer better. Our favourite pick from the entire collection is the boots, of course. Named ‘Parma’, the insole and upper are made of cow leather while the outsole is made from durable TPR. They’re incredibly comfortable that one could wear them to sleep but we wouldn’t recommend it because keeping shoes in your bed is gross.
