‘Tis the season to buy Yeezy Boosts, ♪ fa la la la la ♫ – okay, they cost a bomb (RM1450). Mrs. West uploaded a snippet of the new adidas Originals silhouette over the weekend on Snapchat, which put fans, Hypebeasts and their Hypebaes, and investors into panic mode ‘cos this meant it’d be released soon. True enough, the Yeezy Boost 750 Light Grey will be available on Saturday, however, it’s not going to be as simple as purchasing it with a raffle ticket. For this round of buying a pair of Yeezy Boosts, buyers are required to fill up a raffle tag to specify their interest towards said shoe.

This could be adidas’ way of keeping away people with the agenda of reselling the shoes or an opportunity to get to know their customers. The form is already available at the adidas Originals concept store in Pavilion, but the catch is it’s availability is going to end tomorrow evening. Furthermore, raffle winners will be notified via text message on Friday 10 June ’16 if they’ve been chosen to purchase these shoes (cue, “This is a God dream, this is everything”). There will be no ‘live’ raffle activity this time, so if you’d like to cop yourself a pair, we’d suggest booking an Uber now.
