The founder and CEO of SpaceX and real life Tony Stark, Elon Musk has successfully launched the biggest and most powerful private sector rocket to ever been made. The Falcon Heavy has a payload, which is Musk’s Tesla Roadster with ‘Starman’ inside of it.

The launch test took place at NASA’s Space Center in Cape Canaveral in Florida and was beautifully sent into space. The car is playing David Bowie’s 1972 hit (off the iconic Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars album) ‘Starman‘ on repeat. Musk also printed something on the car’s circuitboard if aliens ever discover it.

The rocket is designed to carry humans into space and possibly bring crews to missions to the Moon or Mars, and the launch proved that it works. The next step is to bring a crew in to explore the depths of the universe. This is not sci-fi anymore, Elon Musk is really changing the world.

As the Falcon Heavy orbits into space, we wonder what genius innovation that Elon Musk will come up with, and if we can really leave our planet and live on Mars. Too soon?
